Locality

We are a focused remodeling company based out of Rockford, Michigan. We do the majority of our work in Rockford, Ada, Grand Rapids and Cascade. We do this so we are always close to our customers, cutting down on time and cost to perform services.

Customer Relationships

These are the life of our company. It is not uncommon for a customer to increase the scope of their project midway through the job. We may be building a sunroom and a customer will ask to have a deck added or a floor tiled. We feel this is a complement of the work they have received so far and are very pleased to continue. We also have many customers that have us back every year to do another project. Having built this loyal following has enabled us to employ top notch carpenters that work year around.

These two points are the cornerstones of our business. We feel that when a customer makes an investment into their home they are entitled to good service and to be completely pleased with the workmanship

Our Professional Installers

You will not have a "jack of all trades and master of none" working on your home. Each of our installers has a specialty, be it carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, siding, finish trim, roofing etc. You will notice a few of our installers have been building long enough to have more than one talent but never would we do a complete remodel with only one installer acting a jack of all trades.

Our Partnership with DLP Designs

We now offer landscape services including all facets of softscaping and hardscaping. Your journey begins here with a rewarding visit from our business associate, Landscape Architect, David Proulx of DLP Designs. He will design a full set of colored, scaled drawings labeling all plants (softscaping) and structural features (hardscaping). Our creative designs set the standard of combining nature and your environment.
